
At Oliver's Babycare we aim to maintain a standard of service that we would wish to receive when we are shopping as customers.
Oliver's Babycare endeavour to keep your personal details private and secure. We will not sell, or share your personal details with third-parties, except in so far as is strictly necessary to process your order (this may include clearance of payment and delivery instructions to couriers).
We only make use of any telephone contact details in relation to your immediate order or enquiry, and will not use these for any subsequent unsolicited promotional or marketing activity.
All prices on this site include VAT at the appropriate rate. Delivery is always charged per order only.

All goods sold by Olivers Babycare remain the property of Olivers Babycare until full payment has been received. Goods will only be despatched once full payment has cleared.

On receipt of your order we will confirm the details with you and advise you of the expected delivery timescale.
We will attempt to contact you when the goods are ready for despatch and, for large items, will endeavour to arrange a delivery date with the carrier that is convenient for you (please note however, our standard delivery is not a 'time' guaranteed service).
Whilst every care is taken to ensure accuracy, prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. In the event that such changes occur we will advise you of this when confirming your order and offer you the option to withdraw your order or to select an alternative product.
Prices quoted on confirmation of your order will be honoured regardless of subsequent price movement before despatch.
We aim to fulfil orders from stock within seven working days. However, some larger items such as furniture and prams, may have a lead time from our suppliers of between four and six weeks. For reservation of such items a deposit of 25% of the total order value is required to secure the order.
In the event that we are unable to fulfil your order within the normal delivery period, we will contact you as soon as this is known and offer you the option to withdraw your order or to select an alternative product. Should an item be unavailable, we will contact you as soon as this is known and in these circumstances we reserve the right to cancel the order.
We will at all times keep you informed of your order's progress. If you wish to contact us regarding an order always quote your unique order number in any correspondence.
Oliver's Babycare will not normally despatch part orders, unless however, where an item is on extended delivery and this would result in undue delay to the despatch of a larger order, we may with your agreement and at no extra cost to you, forward a part order.
If in the unlikely event you are unhappy with the contents of your order on receipt, please contact us as soon as possible to allow us the opportunity to resolve the problem:
All goods must be inspected by yourself in circumstances where the packaging is clearly damaged on arrival, you must mark, 'Box damaged' on the couriers delivery record.
Shortages must be notified to Oliver's Babycare within 48 hours of receipt. No claims for shortages or damage in transit will be considered after this period or for damaged boxes not signed as such.
Where goods are found to be faulty on receipt, we will arrange for collection and offer you the choice of a replacement item/part at no extra cost to you.
If you receive your order in good condition but you consider any item to be unsuitable, you may return it for a refund provided that you do so within 14 days of receipt and the item is returned in it's original condition and in it's original packaging. In these circumstances you will be responsible for meeting the full cost of the return carriage. IMPORTANT We regret that we cannot offer refunds on special order products, mattresses, nappy products, pre-cut fabrics, audio CDs, DVD's, or assembled furniture. When ordering assembled furniture please check that access to your premises will accommodate delivery (extra charges may be made if sufficient access is not available on delivery).
Proof of purchase must be supplied before warranty repairs can be accepted.
Where goods fail during the guarantee period, we will arrange for collection and, on inspection, if the fault is confirmed to be due to a manufacturing defect, we will arrange repair (or replacement if the goods cannot be repaired). If however, the fault is found to be due to normal wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage, we will provide a quote for rectifying the problem and you will be responsible for meeting the full cost of carriage charges and repair.
We are happy to deliver to overseas customers, and have been doing so for many years.
Cost of shipping will not appear on the checkout page nor on your confirmation email. This will be calculated and emailed to you within 3 working days. We will not take any payment from your payment card until we have received confirmation from you that you accept these charges.
All products are sold with a UK warranty. Should any item fail within its warranty period, we will endeavour to find an authorised service agent in your country. If this cannot be done, and the item must be returned to the UK for repair or refund, the customer must meet the costs of delivery to the UK and also return carriage where applicable. Outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.
All products sold on this site comply with either UK or EU safety regulations. This may be an important point to remember when ordering, in particular car seats (for insurance purposes).
Many larger items (e.g. pre-assembled furniture) cannot be dispatched overseas due to size and also risk of damage in transit. If in doubt, please email us.

Shipping charges for room sets/furniture - Shipping charges for all furniture items will be advised on receipt of order. (Charges are not shown in the shopping basket)
Overseas customers - you will be notified of shipping charges within three working days of receiving your order. No payment will be deducted from your account until we receive notification from you that you accept these charges. The customer must meet the cost of any local taxes.
