Infant car seat with adjustable backrest that grows with baby, fitted into the car rearward facing. The shell of the Young Profi Plus been designed to give optimum protection to baby while being light weight and comfortable for the adult to carry.
The seating position changes as baby grows from a reclined, almost flat position for the newborn baby, to an upright position for the older baby, the backrest is adjustable to beyond the outer shell, making it possible to keep baby in the Young Profi to around 15 months or to a maximum weight of 13 kgs.
As the backrest is adjusted the 5-point harness is also automatically height adjusts, the harness has comfortable padding on the chest and can be tightened for a correct fit on each journey by the one-pull strap on the front of the seat. A removable sun canopy is fitted to protect from street lighting or the sun, the edges are finished with a reflective material for added safety.
The seat is fitted to the car using the 3-point adult seat belt, or can be placed on the optional Isofix base made by Recaro. The seat belt routings are clearly marked and the belt is locked in position for added safety.
The seat covers can be machine washed at 30 degrees, but the seat must never be used without a cover.

The Young Profi Plus can be fitted on to the Recaro Isofix Base, this can be purchased as a set or separately.
This is the same seat sold with the Maclaren XLR travel system all that is required are a set of adators
