JJ Cole Urban Bundleme Universal Footmuff - A footmuff to fit most buggies, quilted on the outside and cosy on the inside... hmm lovely!

Your child will love this versatile and warm footmuff from stylish American company JJ Cole. It is suitable for a child from the age of approximately 1 year to 3 years old.

The outside is a quilted soft nylon to protect against the wind and rain, and the inside is rich cosy chamois fabric, perfect for snuggling into. In a choice of bright funky colours, you and your child are sure to cut a dash with this footmuff on the high street or in the park.

The footmuff has a zip around the side, and the front can be folded as far up or down as you wish, depending on the weather. There are special holes on the inside of the footmuff to allow you to feed through the straps of a safety harness from the pushchair or buggy. The harness is worn over the child\'s clothes, and can be adjusted to a snug fit. There is a little zip up pocket on the lower front area of the footmuff, useful for those handy bits and bobs.

The outer fabric is wind and water resistant. The entire footmuff can be washed in the machine when necessary, at a low temperature.

    I've bought this footmuff for my 9-month baby that already weights 10 kilos. I must say it's excellent, nice and fluffy, very large and comfortable but yet not too thik and I can use it in the spring season when the weather is tricky. You will most certainly have a happy and healthy baby in it and most of all it suits a lot of strollers. Thank you, Olivers!

We are a family company specialising in high quality baby products. We set up Olivers Babycare in 1993 following the birth of our second daughter, Laura, who arrived at just 32 weeks. This caught us out in more ways than one! At the very least, we had not purchased many of the essential items for our new baby. Our experiences in the ensuing weeks gave us the inspiration for Olivers Babycare. We were unable to find many of the products we needed locally in Winchester, so we set up our own shop named after its location at Olivers Battery. We sold prams, cots, highchairs, the sort of bulky essential items you need for a baby. Soon the message about Olivers Babycare was travelling beyond Winchester and in 2002 we decided to boost the business with its own website. With a few more years under our belts, the business began to outgrow its nest. In 2007 we relocated the website operation to larger premises in Devon. This has allowed us to increase the range of products that we sell, and to improve our customer service even further. With the changing nature of retailing, we decided in the summer of 2011 to close our Winchester shop and to concentrate on our online store. Our customer base continues to grow, throughout the U.K. and in countries all around the world. Both our daughters, Emily and Laura, are involved with the family business, and like us, they feel privileged to help other families as new babies arrive and parents choose the best products for their child. We think we must be doing something right, as happy customers are still naming their babies "Oliver".
Hi, I felt I had to write to you regarding your pushchair parts service. Excellent isn't enough to describe it. Got advice from you yesterday, ordered and paid for part yesterday and received the part today, wow. Took me half a minute to fit part and problem solved. As someone who sells refurbed pushchairs, I know who I will be using in future for my parts.

My husband and I would like to thank you for your outstanding customer service.
In July 2010 we ordered a Babystyle Oyster Pram from you. We were extremely pleased with the pram until the brake stopped working last month. When we called you to find out how much it would cost to have the pram fixed, you promised to find out what could be done. I didn't expect much of a response, especially as we had bought the pram over 18 months ago and it was well out of warranty. However, within 24 hours you called back to say that Babystyle would fix the pram free of charge and return it within a week. This sounded far too good to be true, but the pram was indeed picked up to be fixed. Not only this, but it was fitted with a brand new mechanism and returned to us within an incredible 48 hours.
The lady at Olivers who organised the repair was extremely polite, helpful and true to her word. She promised to call back on several occasions and always did so, and she even took the time to try to find out what time the courier would pick up the pram so that I wouldn't have to wait at home with a small child all day.
It is refreshing to be able to say that it has been a real pleasure sorting out such an inconvenient problem, and we will certainly recommend your company and the Oyster pram to our friends and family in the future. We will also be thanking Babystyle for repairing the pram.
Please, please don't lose this fantastic attention to customer service - it is what every customer hopes for, but it is sadly so rare to find these days!
