Light Weight Sporty Buggy

The Quest Sport is a comfortable buggy with four position recline to the seat and extendable calf support. When the seat is in the fully reclined position with the legs raised on the calf support, the baby or toddler will be able to get a reasonable sleep. As with all the Maclaren buggies the fold is a simple one handed operation and can be achieved in just 5 seconds (practice makes perfect).

A carry handle on the side will ensure you can carry both the buggy and baby. The seat has been fitted with a five point harness that can easily be adjusted to a comfortable fit while ensuring the child gets a safe ride. The hood will help to protect the child from the sun (99% UV protection) and has also been made from a waterproof material. The hood can be tilted forward and has sufficient fabric to protect the child while in the reclined position. The seat cover can be removed for washing should any accidents occur; the fabric has reflective accents, to help drivers to see you during the dark evenings.

When you purchase the Maclaren Quest you get a high performance aluminium chassis, lockable front swivel wheels with linked foot operated brakes, hood with viewing window, raincover and shopping basket.

The total weight of just 5.5kg (12.2lbs) makes the Quest the perfect choice for everyday or holiday use, the comfortable handle height will suit most adults and will carry a child up to a weight of 15kgs.

Caution:

Please take care that your child is kept away from the buggy at the time that you fold and unfold. As with any hinge while opening or closing there is a risk that little fingers could become trapped causing injury.

    I BOUGHT THIS BUGGY WHEN MY BABY WAS 20 WEEKS OLD AND ITS PERFECT! JUST WHAT WE WANTED — STURDY, COMPACT AND STYLISH. THE ONLY NEGATIVE THING ABOUT IT AND ITS ONLY A MINOR POINT IS THAT I HAVE DIFFICULTY AT TIMES OPENING THE BUCKLE MAYBE COS ITS NEW AND I`M NOT USED TO IT — YOU NEED TO PUSH THE FRONT AND BACK AT THE SAME TIME. BUT I DO BELIEVE YOU JUST CAN`T BEAT MACLAREN PUSHCHAIRS, I HAD A SECOND HAND ONE FOR MY FIRST CHILD,ITS USED AS OUR SECOND BUGGY IN MY HUSBANDS CAR AND ITS STILL GOING STRONG.

We are a family company specialising in high quality baby products. We set up Olivers Babycare in 1993 following the birth of our second daughter, Laura, who arrived at just 32 weeks. This caught us out in more ways than one! At the very least, we had not purchased many of the essential items for our new baby. Our experiences in the ensuing weeks gave us the inspiration for Olivers Babycare. We were unable to find many of the products we needed locally in Winchester, so we set up our own shop named after its location at Olivers Battery. We sold prams, cots, highchairs, the sort of bulky essential items you need for a baby. Soon the message about Olivers Babycare was travelling beyond Winchester and in 2002 we decided to boost the business with its own website. With a few more years under our belts, the business began to outgrow its nest. In 2007 we relocated the website operation to larger premises in Devon. This has allowed us to increase the range of products that we sell, and to improve our customer service even further. With the changing nature of retailing, we decided in the summer of 2011 to close our Winchester shop and to concentrate on our online store. Our customer base continues to grow, throughout the U.K. and in countries all around the world. Both our daughters, Emily and Laura, are involved with the family business, and like us, they feel privileged to help other families as new babies arrive and parents choose the best products for their child. We think we must be doing something right, as happy customers are still naming their babies "Oliver".
Hi, I felt I had to write to you regarding your pushchair parts service. Excellent isn't enough to describe it. Got advice from you yesterday, ordered and paid for part yesterday and received the part today, wow. Took me half a minute to fit part and problem solved. As someone who sells refurbed pushchairs, I know who I will be using in future for my parts.

My husband and I would like to thank you for your outstanding customer service.
In July 2010 we ordered a Babystyle Oyster Pram from you. We were extremely pleased with the pram until the brake stopped working last month. When we called you to find out how much it would cost to have the pram fixed, you promised to find out what could be done. I didn't expect much of a response, especially as we had bought the pram over 18 months ago and it was well out of warranty. However, within 24 hours you called back to say that Babystyle would fix the pram free of charge and return it within a week. This sounded far too good to be true, but the pram was indeed picked up to be fixed. Not only this, but it was fitted with a brand new mechanism and returned to us within an incredible 48 hours.
The lady at Olivers who organised the repair was extremely polite, helpful and true to her word. She promised to call back on several occasions and always did so, and she even took the time to try to find out what time the courier would pick up the pram so that I wouldn't have to wait at home with a small child all day.
It is refreshing to be able to say that it has been a real pleasure sorting out such an inconvenient problem, and we will certainly recommend your company and the Oyster pram to our friends and family in the future. We will also be thanking Babystyle for repairing the pram.
Please, please don't lose this fantastic attention to customer service - it is what every customer hopes for, but it is sadly so rare to find these days!
