Britax B Smart 4 Pushchair

Britax B Smart 4 Pushchair - Smart lightweight 4 wheeled buggy with capability of forming a very practical travel system.

The B-Smart 4 from Britax is the 4 wheel version of the B-Smart 3 from Britax making a perfect in town buggy with simple Click & Go system for attaching optional baby car seats - Baby Safe Plus SHR car seat, Carrycot or Baby Safe Sleeper Car Cot options.

The four wheel B Smart 4 is a fun and trendy buggy that will happily go anywhere, the small front wheels can easily be locked for rougher terrain, while the large puncture resistant back wheels will sail over rough ground. Suspension has been fitted all round for a comfortable ride for baby from birth or an older child. The parking brake securely locks both back wheels, while the quick release wheel system will help prevent mud from getting on to carpets after a trip to the country - just a wash and dry and Hey Presto! back to good as new. The buggy has a weight of just 11.7kg - this is mainly due to the lightweight aluminium chassis; the handle is covered in a soft touch fabric and is adjustable in height.

B Smart Seat Unit

The comfortable seat unit has plenty of padding, the fabric on the removable bumper bar is removable for washing. The five point harness has been made fully adjustable to keep both baby or toddler safe. All the colourways have been finished with a reflective piping to help with visibility during dark winter evenings. A large removable hood has been included, this can be removed during the summer but is fully waterproof with a clear viewing window. The seat can be easily reclined to completly flat and is suitable from birth, with the advantage of a smooth action, to your child's choice of position, in the back of the seat is a concealed pocket perfectly sized for your mobile phone and purse. A smart apron has been added to the B-Smart 4 to make it look like a pramette.

Fitting System

The lie flat seat unit can be placed on the chassis to allow baby to face the parent and can easily be reversed to face away as baby gets older. The B-Smart  has been designed with the full intention that a Britax Baby-Safe car seat or one of the 2 carrycot options can be easily and quickly fitted to the chassis.

Folding

The fold of the buggy is with a convenient quick release system to a compact size with the wheels in place, this can be reduced further by removing the seat unit.

Optional Accessories

Throw-over raincover, Cosytoes in colours to co-ordinate, choice of carrycot or Baby sleeper (suitable for use in the car) or the range of Britax Baby-Safe car seats (Note: adaptors are required for the Baby-safe and Baby-Safe Plus). The Baby-Safe SHR has the adaptors already fitted.
