Part of the delightful Humphrey's Corner bedtime collection from Izziwotnot, which includes wardrobe, cot top changer, side unit, shelf, peg rail and height chart. (All available from Olivers Babycare.) The range has solid wood frames and rich veneers with oak coloured finishes.
The much loved story character, Humphrey, with his friends Mop, Donkey and Hovis the bear, peer around the edge of doors, shelves and the foot of the cotbed. The furniture has the classic style and elegance of traditional wooden furniture, combined with sleek modern lines. It will look good in any room, and blend in easily with a wide range of nursery decoration styles.
Getting a cotbed rather than a cot is a good way of extending the use you will get from this piece of furniture which makes sense financially. The cot is a little roomier than a normal cot and will need a bigger mattress.
The Humphrey's designs are simple and subtle tone on tone drawings, which mean the furniture may continue to be loved for longer than a cotbed with brightly coloured baby designs which your child may find a little babyish after a few years.
The Cotbed measures 97 cm (H) x 146 cm (L) x 75 cm (D). There are teething rails along the top of the sides.
The cot converts to a junior bed. The head and foot board reduce in size to give your child a perfect toddler's bed.
The cotbed requires a mattress 70 cm x 140 cm. The mattress is not included but can be ordered with Olivers Babycare at the same time as you order this item.
