Ardo is a brand recognised and used throughout the UK in hospitals. The Calypso Breast Pump has been designed for mums to have at home, with many of the features found on hospital grade pumps. The unit is modern with a LCD display, the simple push buttons are easy to use with clear indication of vacuum and cycle setting and what further levels are available. The Calypso pump is quiet, efficient and discreet . Calypso has just a few parts to clean after use - this does not include the tubing!

The  Calypso expression will mimic the way baby feeds at the breast, with the use of 2 simple press buttons. When baby starts feeding baby sucks lightly and fast to start the flow of milk, once the “let down” has happened baby then sucks deeper and slower to get as much milk as possible, quickly. The Calypso breast pump is able to replicate this with you easily changing from the rapid rhythm to a slower rhythm with increased suction for gentle and efficient expression; this can be easily adjusted with 64 different combinations you can set this precisely. The LED screen will give clear indication of the levels you are using and the further options available.

The Calypso breast pump is very efficient, with the vacuum and speed adjusted for your comfort. Should you wish to express both breasts at the same time an UpgradeSet is available separately. The adjustability of the Calypso creates a pumping experience that feels like a baby sucking. This means the experience is more comfortable and generates more milk in less time.

The Ardo Calypso is guaranteed to express all the milk you need for at least 2 children. It will pump for 400 hours (phew!!) before a light illuminates to let you know you have reached its warranty life span - but it may well go on for many more hours should you still require it!
