This bottle from Bibi is free from Bisphenol A, or BPA. It is also made from a top grade plastic called Polyamide (PA) which is longer lasting and more scratch-proof than many plastic baby drinking bottles. The PA plastic also benefits from being super transparent and clear, more so than many other brands.

Why choose BPA free?

Bisphenol A, or BPA, is a chemical used in many plastic bottles, which is believed to disrupt human hormones. Research suggests this chemical could also lead to long term health effects, including diabetes, cancer and genetic damage. Research has also shown that when products containing BPA are heated, the chemcial can be transfered into the food products inside the bottle.

The Sensoline bottles are available in two sizes, 250 ml and 350 ml.

Bottle Features

The Bibi bottles are supplied with a silicone teat, with a valve that helps reduce colic. The wide neck allows for easy opening, filling and cleaning. The coloured locking ring has extra grip for easy opening and closing. The lid has a special drop stop inset to prevent any drips when transporting the bottle.

The bottles are also supplied with easy hold handles that can be used on the bottle when babies are old enough to want to hold the bottle themselves. The coloured handles have a textured design, which makes them easier to hold and helps promote the development of touch and fine motor skills.

The waisted shape of the bottle allows it to be held comfortably by a child, even without handles. There is a clear and easy to read dosing scale on the side of the bottle.

Care

These bottles are dishwasher safe and can be used in a bottle steriliser. The manufacturers recommend that before first use, the bottles should be thoroughly washed and sterilised.
