These Active bottles from Bibi are free from Bisphenol A, or BPA. They are also made from a special plastic called Polyamide (PA) which is longer lasting and more scratch-proof than many plastic baby drinking bottles. The PA plastic also benefits from being super transparent and clear, more so than many other brands.

Why choose BPA free?

Bisphenol A, or BPA, is a chemical used in many plastic bottles, which is believed to disrupt human hormones. Research suggests this chemical could also lead to long term health effects, including diabetes, cancer and genetic damage. Research has also shown that when products containing BPA are heated, the chemcial can be transfered into the food products inside the bottle.

Bottle Features

The Bibi bottles are supplied with an ergonomically designed mouthpiece, which is soft on the gums and fits into every child's mouth. The wide neck allows for easy opening, filling and cleaning. The coloured locking ring has extra grip for easy opening and closing. The waisted shape of the bottle allows it to be held comfortably by a child. There is a clear and easy to read dosing scale on the side of the bottle.

Please note, this bottle can also be used with the detachable handles sold with the Bibi bottles suitable for younger babies.

Care

These bottles are dishwasher safe and can be used in a bottle steriliser. The manufacturers recommend that before first use, the bottles should be thoroughly washed and sterilised.
