Delivery

UK Mainland

Deliveries to the UK mainland (below Aberdeen) are via our couriers, Business Post, who will endeavour to deliver directly to your door within 24 hours of dispatch. For the Highlands we may use FedEx who offer a 2 to 3 day service. (Olivers Babycare cannot be held responsible for unforeseen issues that may affect this timescale.)

Smaller items will be sent via Royal Mail.

Please note that couriered items are delivered between the hours of 8am and 6pm. We can however offer a Premier Service, delivering at a designated time, or Saturday for an additional courier fee, if this is more convenient. For items outside the UK mainland (including Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland) please proceed with your order and you will be advised of shipping costs which will vary and are weight dependant.

Should our couriers attempt to make a delivery when you are not at home, they will leave a calling card with consignment details along with a telephone number of their local depot so that you may arrange re-delivery on a suitable day for you. You can of course arrange to collect the goods from their depot in person. Should their calling card not receive a response from you, then the goods will automatically be re-directed back to Olivers Babycare. If re-delivery is required at this point, then you will be charged a carriage fee, payable over the phone by credit card.

If you require our couriers to leave your order at an alternative address i.e. neighbour, you MUST notify us in writing via email. This will need to be done before receiving the dispatch e-mail.

If your goods are required by a specific date or urgently, we recommend that you check our stock availability by calling our sales team prior to ordering.

This will avoid any unnecessary disappointment. Please bear in mind that stock levels can change from day to day.

ANC Parcel Tracking

Parcels will be delivered on a next day service by ANC when you have had an e-mail to confirm that the goods have been dispatched it is possible for you to track your parcel by going to www.anc.co.uk filling in the quick track box with your order number - tracking By customer ref. and clicking 'GO'.

Credit Card Security

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

7 Day 'No Quibble Guarantee' in addition to any manufacturers guarantee. Any item purchased through www.olivers-baby-care.co.uk, may be returned within seven days of delivery providing that all packaging is complete, the goods are unused and your receipt is enclosed, return carriage is at your expense. When returning any goods, you MUST provide your receipt and a brief letter explaining why you are returning the goods. This MUST be attached to the OUTSIDE of the box containing the goods. Failure to comply with this may result in unnecessary delays in processing any refund or exchange. Your refund will be the cost of the product less the original delivery charge.

Any refunds due to the customer will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the goods by Oliver’s Babycare, as per Distance Selling Regulations.

Please note that the use of Buggy Boards on any pushchair will automatically make any guarantee with manufacturer and retailer alike, null and void, and therefore any damages resulting from the use of these, will not be repaired free of charge, and will incur additional carriage fees.

All guarantees are effective from the date of delivery.
