The Maxi Cosi Tobi car seat is suitable for a baby from 9kg to 18 kg. This is around 1 year to 4 years but the baby must weigh the minimum weight and be sitting unaided to be placed in any forward facing car seat.

The unique harness system in the Maxi Cosi Tobi car seat ensures that your toddler from 9kg to 18kg can quickly and easily be fastened into the seat for every journey, the belts stay out of the way when placing the child into the seat, then give a clear indication when the belts are sufficiently tight to keep the child safe during any impact.

The height of the Tobi child car seat head rest can be easily adjusted from the front without the need to remove the seat from the vehicle; this ensures that you can always have optimum protection as the child grows.

The Tobi child seat has 5 position recline, this can be adjusted with one hand with a simple lever under the front of the seat.

The Tobi is easily fitted into the car using the adult 3-point seat belt and due to the routing system it will fit cars with long seat belt receivers, that many toddler seats will not fit. Once fitted in place the tensioners will take any slack out of the seat belt to give a rigid fit to the vehicle.

Made to fit the Maxi Cosi Tobi car seat this cotton towelling cover is easily fitted and removed for washing. It will help keep baby/toddler comfortable during the summer absorbing any moisture. It will also protect the seat from any accidents and crumbs, the main seat cover is washable but will take a number of days to dry, the seat cannot be used without the seat cover as it forms part of the protection. This summer cover can be machine washed and tumble dried being back on in a short time.

The Maxi-Cosi Summer cover is available in Aqua, Navy or Cream, and still allows the use of the 'smart clips' and harness adjustment.
