Maxi Cosi Pebble Baby Car Seat - Infant car seat suitable from birth to 13kg around 12 months rearward facing in the car, fitting with seat belts or the Familyfix base from Maxi Cosi.
The lightweight Pebble car seat has been carefully designed to protect baby during the first year of car travel. The deep side wings will protect baby from side impacts while the deep seat will support baby during front impacts.
The Pebble has a fully height adjustable harness and head support. The Pebble has a ‘stay-open’ single pull harness making it possible to easily place and secure baby for every journey.
The newborn baby will lie comfortably on the newborn baby support that can be removed at around 4 months. The doughnut shaped head hugger will help to protect baby’s head from ‘flat head’ a condition that has not been helped by the extended use of baby car seats in the home.
A storage box is found in the back of the Pebble to ensure you always have that emergency nappy or baby wipes!
The integral sun canopy on the Pebble car seat can be accessed easily from under the flexible rim
Can I use my Pebble car seat on my Maxi Cosi or Quinny buggy?
Yes the Pebble car seat is approved for use with all the Maxi Cosi and Quinny pushchairs to form a travel system. The fittings are the same as the Cabriofix allowing it to fit other Cabriofix approved prams.
Fitting the Pebble Baby Car Seat
The Pebble car seat can be fitted in 3 ways:-
The Pebble Baby Car Seat must always be fitted rearward facing in the car.
Seat Belt Fitting
The Pebble car seat can be fitted using the adult 3 point seat belt, the seat belt guides have been shaped to prevent miss fitting.
FamilyFix Isofix Base Fitting
The Pebble car seat can be simply dropped on to the FamilyFix base and clicke dinto place without the need for the use of seat belts around the seat itself. When the Pebble is used on the Familyfix base the seat angle can be adjusted to a reclined position for the young baby and more up-right for the older baby giving additional leg room.
EasyBase 2
The EasyBase 2 is fitted to the car using the 3 point adult seat belt, the Pebble is then simply dropped on to the EasyBase and clicked into place – without the need for seatbelts to be placed around the seat.

A soft blanket is available to co-ordinate with the Pebble to keep little knees warm during the winter or chilly summer evenings
Pebble Footmuff
The Pebble footmuff will give baby additional protection during the winter months and is especially useful if you are using the Pebble car seat on a chassis as part of a travel system. The Pebble footmuff is available in coordinating colours and can unzipped when going inside to prevent baby from overheating
Pebble Summer Cover
To protect the fabric of the Pebble car seat from the sun or if you find you arealways needing to wash the pebble seat cover the summer cover is good option.
The summer cover is made from absorbent terry towelling helping to keep baby dry and comfortable during the summer months.
Pebble Raincover
If you are using the Pebble on a chassis it will be sound investment to add the raincover to you basket. The Raincover allows you to easily pass your hand though to the carry handle, elasticated sides will keep it in place if windy.

We are a family company specialising in high quality baby products. We set up Olivers Babycare in 1993 following the birth of our second daughter, Laura, who arrived at just 32 weeks. This caught us out in more ways than one! At the very least, we had not purchased many of the essential items for our new baby.
Our experiences in the ensuing weeks gave us the inspiration for Olivers Babycare. We were unable to find many of the products we needed locally in Winchester, so we set up our own shop named after its location at Olivers Battery. We sold prams, cots, highchairs, the sort of bulky essential items you need for a baby.
Soon the message about Olivers Babycare was travelling beyond Winchester and in 2002 we decided to boost the business with its own website. With a few more years under our belts, the business began to outgrow its nest. In 2007 we relocated the website operation to larger premises in Devon. This has allowed us to increase the range of products that we sell, and to improve our customer service even further.
With the changing nature of retailing, we decided in the summer of 2011 to close our Winchester shop and to concentrate on our online store. Our customer base continues to grow, throughout the U.K. and in countries all around the world.
Both our daughters, Emily and Laura, are involved with the family business, and like us, they feel privileged to help other families as new babies arrive and parents choose the best products for their child. We think we must be doing something right, as happy customers are still naming their babies "Oliver".
Hi, I felt I had to write to you regarding your pushchair parts service. Excellent isn't enough to describe it. Got advice from you yesterday, ordered and paid for part yesterday and received the part today, wow. Took me half a minute to fit part and problem solved. In July 2010 we ordered a Babystyle Oyster Pram from you. We were extremely pleased with the pram until the brake stopped working last month. When we called you to find out how much it would cost to have the pram fixed, you promised to find out what could be done. I didn't expect much of a response, especially as we had bought the pram over 18 months ago and it was well out of warranty. However, within 24 hours you called back to say that Babystyle would fix the pram free of charge and return it within a week. This sounded far too good to be true, but the pram was indeed picked up to be fixed. Not only this, but it was fitted with a brand new mechanism and returned to us within an incredible 48 hours.
The lady at Olivers who organised the repair was extremely polite, helpful and true to her word. She promised to call back on several occasions and always did so, and she even took the time to try to find out what time the courier would pick up the pram so that I wouldn't have to wait at home with a small child all day.
It is refreshing to be able to say that it has been a real pleasure sorting out such an inconvenient problem, and we will certainly recommend your company and the Oyster pram to our friends and family in the future. We will also be thanking Babystyle for repairing the pram.
Please, please don't lose this fantastic attention to customer service - it is what every customer hopes for, but it is sadly so rare to find these days!
