Baby Car-cot, Pram Body and Baby Bed
To travel baby while lying flat is deemed to most comfortable for baby allowing food to be easily digested, while the head is resting against a soft mattress causing no distortion to the head shape. During any impact baby is fully supported and protected by the energy absorbing cot shell.
Car-cot
When used, as a car cot baby is strapped to the cot with a single strap that comes together with a clip similar to those found on an infant carrier this has a padding beneath to protect baby during any impact.
The cot has an inner shell of polystyrene to absorb any impact against the cot, the cot itself is produced from a form of plastic that has been designed to expand to absorb the energy of an impact then returning almost to it original shape after the impact. On the crash tests the baby barely moves throughout the impact, the cot absorbing the energy.
The cot has a pair of fittings built into the unit, and is supplied with a pair of clips that attach to your seat belts and are adjusted to give a tight fit when the cot is place centrally on the back seat, the seat belts can be used in the normal way with the clips left in place, these click to the cot fittings with little or no adjustment needed on each use.
The cot is a group 0 so can be used for baby from birth to 10kgs this is around 9 months.
Baby Bed
The cot has a ventilated base giving good airflow and stopping any condensation, it is supplied with a mattress, hood and apron.
The carry handles are of a rigid design and are comfortable to carry with the weight well balanced, when not in use they disappear into the body of the cot.
Pram or Travel System
The Windoo can be used on any Bebe Confort chassis to create a comfortable pram for baby and parent, facing mother for reassurance while having sheets and blankets for warmth. As the Windoo can be used in the car it can be considered as a travel system without the need to have a car seat, although the Creatis car seat will also fit the Bebe Confort chassis, giving total flexibility.
When attaching the cot to the chassis it is just a matter of lining up the Modular clips and placing the cot onto the chassis, to remove it 2 buttons are depressed.
The Windoo is available in all the Bebe Confort colours to co-ordinate with the range.
