Walking Harnesses & ID Bands
When out and about it is important to be in contact with your toddler or young child, this can be easier said than done with an independent toddler. There is a range of ways to help with this from - a traditional walking rein to wrist links, even electronic tags that will alert you to a wondering toddler.
Wrist Link & ID Bracelets
Wrist links can be used once the toddler is walking confidently, although these need to be used with care especially on public transport and near lifts.
If you are having a day out to the beach or other busy places - identity bracelets are an excellent way of ensuring your mobile phone number is with your toddler or child allowing you to be reunited quickly before panic sets in with either of you.
Electronic Tag
The Board Bug is an electronic device that the toddler wears on the wrist, you are able to choose the range that you wish the toddler to wander before it warns them they are too far away. This tells the parent they have gone out of range and has an anti tamper alarm, so it cannot be removed by the child or anyone else without alerting the parent unit.
Child Reigns & Backpacks
Traditional reigns - these can be either in leather or nylon, and can be used as a safety harness or a walking reign, if baby or toddler trips you can easily support them with the reign.
A small backpack is available that your toddler wears, perhaps carrying a special toy or treat inside, this comes with a lead reign attachment - pleasing child and adult.
