3 wheel pushchair that can easily be transformed into a travel system with optional Cosy Tot car seat
The Vigour 3+ from Britax has been designed to be both sporty and stylish - perfect for around town but capable of dealing with adventurous rough terrain. The Vigour can be used as a traditional pram for the newborn baby with the optional carrycot, this will simply fit directly onto the chassis using the simple ‘click and Go’ system. The comfortable seat unit will allow baby to face the parent and can easily be reversed to face away as baby gets older. The other advantage of the Vigour is that it has been designed with the full intention that a Britax Cosy Tot should be easily and quickly fitted to the chassis new for 2008 the Cosy Tot attaches with the ‘click & go’ system directly on to the chassis without the need of adaptors, for those quick trips to the school gate or popping to the shops.
Vigour 3+ Pushchair
The chassis has been made from lightweight but strong aluminum with a soft touch height adjustable handle; the three wheels have been fitted with quick release systems and puncture resistant tyres. The front wheel has a lockable swivel system, and the short wheel base makes it very maneuverable. All round suspension has been added for a smooth and comfortable ride and a secure parking brake locking both back wheels.
Seat Unit
The reversible seat unit (recommended from 6 months) can be placed on the chassis to face rearwards or forwards also using the new ‘click & go’ system, the seat has been padded for the comfort of the small passenger. The backrest can be adjusted to your child’s preferred position while the adjustable padded 5-point harness will keep baby or toddler safe. The front bumper bar is removable from the buggy, and that bumper bar fabric can easily be removed for washing. The fabric has been finished with a reflective piping for added safety, while the large removable hood is fully waterproof with a viewing window. The foot rest area has been finished with a durable wipe clean surface; a large basket has been fitted below while the pocket in the rear of the seat will keep mobile phone and purse close at hand.
Folding
The fold of the buggy is with a convenient quick release system to a compact 110cm x 46cm x 63cm with the wheels in place.
To use the Vigour 3+ for a newborn baby it is recommended to have the carrycot option, the Cosy Tot can also be used but this is not recommended to be used for extended periods of time the maximum recommended time in a car seat is 1 to 2 hours.
Optional accessories include co-ordinated cosytoes and changing bag and a co-ordinating Cosy Tot Premium and carrycot for 2008 with the exception of the Linen colour way, this does not have a carrycot or car seat to match.
The Cosy Tot Premium can be fitted into the car, rearward facing, using the car's adult 3 point seat belt or using the optional Isofix base.
