The home, we are told, should be kept at a level of humidity (RH) of 45-55% to stay healthy, but with all the double glazing, carpets, soft furnishings and central heating in today's homes many of us now live in a ‘sealed’ over dry environment.
This dry environment can be the cause of many of the illnesses we now surfer every day, like sore throats, dry skin, itchy eyes and nasal stuffiness. The persistently low RH can be the reason we are more susceptible to colds, coughs and respiratory infections.
The Ultrasonic Cool Mist Humidifier will allow you to constantly monitor the humidity of the home and correct it where necessary. The metal diaphragm vibrates at an ultrasonic frequency releasing miniscule droplets into the atmosphere creating a healthier atmosphere in which to live. The cool mist will be emitted as a steady stream of cool fresh water, with full adjustment for you to achieve the ideal indoor environment.
The unit has an automatic ‘shut off’ if the water level drops below the preset level preventing damage to the unit.
The Hygrometer will give clear indication as to the ambient humidity of the room with easy to read colour coded indicator. Fitted with a removable large easy fill tank and nightlight.
