Special Needs Older Child Car Seat
For larger children the Traveller plus from Britax will ensure a comfortable and safe ride by car or mini bus, fitted using adult 3-point seat belt or with optional fitting kit for mini buses.
The child is held in place with a 5-point harness with a single pull adjustment for a good fit on every journey, the harness also has an additional safety clip holding the chest pads together. The head support is adjustable in height to cater for children of different sizes and the crotch strap is adjustable in length.
The Traveller Plus shell and harness have been designed to offer the optimum side impact protection, while still being easy to install using the adult 3-point seat belt.
An optional seat extension is also available for larger children. The seat cover is Scotchguard protected and is fully removable and machine washable at a low temperature.
The Traveller Plus should not be used with a passenger air bag unless the vehicle manufacturer confirms it is safe to do so.
