There are a number of ways of making a trip to the swimming pool safer, but you are going to need to take extreme care especially if you are taking more than one child.

Swim Seats

Inflatable swim seats are designed for babies from 3 months to around 1 year, coming in 2 sizes- these allow baby to bob around in the water, in an upright position.

Armbands are suitable from 3 months - these will keep baby lower in the water but baby must be supported at all times.

Swim Mate

Floaties produce the Swim Mate, which is a swim suit with inflatable pads in the front and back - this holds the toddler or young child in the correct position for learning to swim. This is not an upright position so you will need to supervise at all times.

Floatsuit

If you want your toddler to stay upright in the water a Jackabel Float Suit is designed to do this. These fit from around 1 year, the child wears the suit, which has a floatation ring around the neck keeping the head above the water, the suit also offers U.V. protection.
