Sprung Interior Mattress
Mattress with sprung interior, giving baby the ultimate comfort and support, while sleeping in the cot cotbed or junior bed.

The sprung mattress will give baby excellent support and are often the recommended choice for cotbeds as the child will use this for longer. A foam mattress will start to dip where the baby’s head rests over time, this does not occur with the spring interior mattress.
The mattress contains small coil springs with soft wadding padding surrounding them; the space around the springs will help with heat dissipation, helping to maintain a constant temperature for baby. The mattress has been built without the use of antinomy or arsenic based fire retardants.
The sprung mattress has a removable quilted cover; this has a zip along the full length of the mattress for ease of removal and replacement. The mattress should not be used without the cover, so it is recommended to protect the mattress with an addition mattress protector; this could then be easily laundered and replaced.
When measuring for the correct mattress it is recommended to put the cot together and measure the inside allowing space for the drop side to work, a small amount of space should be allowed for bedding to tuck in, - no greater gap than 4cm should be left.
