Shop’n Jogg Buggy with Carrycot
Adaptable 3 Wheel Buggy with Co-ordinating Carry Cot from Red Castle Sport of FranceThe Shop’n Jogg buggy is fully adaptable, able to carry baby completely flat, facing the parent in the comfortable carrycot from birth, this system includes the adaptors required for the carrycot or optional car seat for attachment to the buggy.
Chassis
The light-weight aluminum chassis is fitted with adjustable suspension, quick release 12” spoke wheels with pneumatic tyres adding to the comfort for your child. The handle is fully adjustable and is comfortable even for the tallest of people; the front disc brake is activated from the lever on the handle bar.
The front wheel can be set in a swivel or fixed position, when fixed it is ridged enough for joggers to still enjoy their run, but we would emphasise that this is for gentle jogging and not for the serious runner. A parking brake locks both back wheels firmly and is easily activated with your toe,the buggy is folded from release clips high on the handle bar eliminating the need to bend.
The shopping basket is of a good size with side zips for easy access even with the seat fully reclined.
Hood
The hood is of a good size - protecting from the sun and wind, it has a window ideal for communication between parent and child, the rear section of the hood can be unzipped revealing an inner protective netting ideal to increase air flow on hot days, within the front edge of the hood is a clever secreted sun mesh that unfolds to cover the entire front of the buggy, offering a level of sun protection, although in strong sun, additional sun block and correct clothing should be worn.
Seat Unit
The seat unit is suspended from the chassis giving baby and child a smooth ride whatever the terrain – a gentle swaying action. Simple zips allow the seat to be placed in a choice of 3 positions, from completely flat for the sleeping baby or toddler, reclined for a napping toddler and completely up-right. A 3D mesh seat liner is included, this will protect the buggy from any inadvertent spills while giving extra comfort to the passenger. A 5-point harness with additional padding on the shoulder straps will keep the wriggliest child safe. The metal footplate has been made adjustable this year making it possible for a toddler to sleep for longer periods simply by being able to lift their feet. The colour co-ordinated adjustable bumper bar is easily removed when the toddler wishes to get in and out of the buggy without help.
Rain cover
The raincover covers the entire pushchair and is colour co-ordinated to keep the buggy looking stylish even in bad weather; the front panel can be folded back while inside shops, without having to remove the whole cover. Don't forget to do this otherwise baby may become overheated.
Carrycot
The Red Castle Carrycot is of a good size and is of a regular rectangle style without shaping to the sides like many others, this means that baby can sleep comfortably for some months before needing to go into the seat unit. When placed on the chassis baby faces the parent protecting baby from the weather as you walk along, Supplied with a safety mattress baby can be snuggled down with traditional sheets and blankets during the winter months, during the summer placing a sheet over baby will help to protect baby from the damaging effect of the sun.
The good sized hood will prevent sun and lights from baby’s eyes and the apron will keep the wind out.
The carrycot is supplied with the bars and adaptors required to place the carrycot on the Shop’n Jogg,City Link or Whizz chassis. When used on the chassis the seat unit fabrics are removed giving the appearance of a traditional pram but with a difference.
The carry cot handles are of a simple fabric design giving 2 parents the chance to carry baby between them, the handles are tucked into neat pockets when not being used.
A raincover is available as an accessory; this will cover the entire carrycot.
