3 Wheel Travel System With Lie Flat Car Seat
The Shop ‘n Jogg buggy from Red Castle Sport complete with lie flat car seat that only requires one seat in the car.
The Shop ‘n Jogg has been a firm favourite over the years with small improvements and changes each year to keep it firmly at the forefront of all terrain buggies.
Chassis
The light-weight aluminum chassis is fitted with adjustable suspension, quick release 12” spoke wheels with pneumatic tyres adding to the comfort for your child. The handle is fully adjustable and is comfortable for the tallest of people; the front disc brake is activated from the lever on the handle bar.
The front wheel can be set in a swivel or fixed position, when fixed it is ridged enough for joggers to still enjoy their run. A parking brake locks both back wheels firmly and is easily activated with your toe, and the buggy is folded from clips high on the handle bar eliminating the need to bend.
The shopping basket is of a good size with side zips for easy access even with the seat fully reclined.
Hood
The hood is of a good size - protecting from the sun and wind, it has a window ideal for communication with a parent, the rear section of the hood can be unzipped revealing an inner protective netting, within the front edge of the hood is a clever secreted sun mesh that unfolds to cover the entire buggy, offering a level of sun protection, although in strong sun, additional sun block and clothing should be worn.
Seat Unit
The seat unit is suspended from the chassis giving baby and child a smooth ride whatever the terrain – a gentle swaying action. Simple zips allow the seat to be placed in a choice of 3 positions, from completely flat for the sleeping baby or toddler, reclined for a napping toddler and completely up-right. A 3D mesh seat liner is included, this will protect the buggy from any inadvertent spills while giving extra comfort to the passenger. A 5-point harness with additional padding on the shoulder straps will keep the wriggliest child safe. The metal footplate has been made adjustable this year making it possible for a toddler to sleep for longer periods. The colour co-ordinated adjustable bumper bar is easily removed when the toddler wishes to get in and out of the buggy without help.
Raincover
The raincover covers the entire pushchair and is colour co-ordinated to keep the buggy looking stylish even in bad weather; the front panel can be folded back while inside shops, without having to remove the whole cover. Remember to fold it back otherwise baby's temperature can rise.
Lie Flat Car Seat
The Red Castle Sport Lie Flat Car Seat will allow the young baby to travel in the car in a completely reclined position, as is recommended for health reasons. The seat is placed in the car in a rearward position, and only requires one seat and one adult 3-point seat belt. The head support cushion protects baby’s neck and must be used for these first weeks. A three point harness with a single pull adjuster is fitted to keep baby safely in place. The seat is lightweight and can be fitted on to the chassis using the adaptors that are supplied if the seat is purchased as part of a travel system, with the Whizz or Shop’n jogg buggy.
As baby gets bigger the seat is used in a more up-right position while in the car, but can still be used in the flat position on the chassis, the seat is supplied complete with hood and apron in co-ordinating or contrast colours.
The seat is included in the car seat group 0 this makes it suitable for baby from birth to 9kgs.
A raincover is available as an accessory to keep baby and the car seat dry, also from Red Castle is the baby Nomade this can be in a warm fleece or cotton fabric and will keep baby warm while allowing the car seat harness to fit easily.
