Snug Baby Sling & Car Seat Wrap
A warm wrap to use in the infant car seat, that easily lifts out allowing baby to be undisturbed, and converts into a sling to carry baby around your body.
The Shelter baby wrap and sling is one of those ingenious products that you will wonder how you ever managed without.
Designed in the The Netherlands, it is made from the highest quality fabric and transforms from a cuddly wrap to be used in an infant car seat into a baby sling with the minimum of fuss.
The 100% polyester fleece is warm, breathable, water repellent and anti-allergic. The knitted fleece lining, in a contasting colour with attractive design, allows air to circulate. It also regulates the retention of moisture to ensure baby does not get too warm.
The wrap has a special opening for the car safety harness to pass through keeping baby safe and secure in the car seat. The wrap closes with velcro.
The Shelter then easily transforms into a baby sling. Baby can be lifted out of the car seat undisturbed. The Shelter clips together with a strap over the parent's shoulder, so it can be worn as a comfortable baby carrier. The shoulder strap is adjustable to protect the shoulders and back.
Baby is carried across the parent's body in a safe flat position, while maintaining eye contact, and leaving the parent with both hands free.
The Shelter can be used as a baby sling up to the age of 5 months, (max 8 kg), and as a wrap in the car seat up to one year old. For breast feeding mums, the Shelter allows baby to be fed discreetly whilst out and about.
The Shelter baby wrap is available in four different colours.
The quick dry fabric is washable at 40 degrees C. The material has been safety tested and approved by the European Testing Agency.
