It is so important to make your home baby safe at the point baby becomes mobile whether from crawling or using a baby walker. Any glass should be checked to be sure if it is a safety glass - this will go into small pieces rather than sharp shards if broken, if you are unsure an invisible safety film should be fitted to make it safe. If furniture is near windows or the windows are within reach then window locks should be fitted long before you realise baby or toddler has learnt to climb.
