Light Weight Booster Seat
Reclining booster available in a wide choice of colours, the Rodi XR is suitable for children weighing over 15kg until around 12 years of age.
The Rodi XR booster seat is fitted into the car using the base provided, when the seat is secured it is possible to recline the Rodi XR seat to a comfortable, relaxed position for the child. The headrest can be raised as the child grows to maintain the optimum side impact protection with the seat belt being guided through a red guide on the shoulder further ensuring that the adult seat belt is in the best position for a child. The Rodi XR is also width adjustable helping to accommodate the child right through to 12 years - it is at this age that the skeleton becomes sufficiently hard to protect the child’s internal organs.
Versatile
The Rodi XR can be divided into 2 pieces to make transportation easier, and can be used as a booster cushion - although it is always recommended that the back section remain in place to protect the head and neck during a side impact.
Fitting
The child must be secured using the adult 3 point seat belt, with the lap section across the lap with the hips enclosed by the deep wings of the lower section. The diagonal seat belt is placed through a red guide on the headrest section, this raises with the headrest to ensure optimum safety.
Colour Choice
The Rodi XR is available in a full range of colours to please both boys and girls and even Dad’s! The colours are reflected throughout the Maxi Cosi car seat collection so can be co-ordinated with the Cabriofix infant car seat and the Priori range of toddler seats in case you are fitting more than one seat from the range in your car.
