Complete 3 Wheel Travel System Forward or Rear Facing
The Neonato collection has been produced by CAM of Italy, a company who have been leaders in the nursery industry for around 40 years in their native Italy, many of their products have been marketed in the UK by Mamas & Papas for around 15 years.It is very pleasing to say that these buggies are still made in Europe and not the Far East.
The Reverso Sport is a fully functional child’s pram and pushchair, suitable from birth to around 4 years, being made with lightweight materials it will not be something you feel you will need to replace after just a year.
Chassis
The Reverso Sport Tris chassis has been produced from lightweight aluminium giving a weight of just 7.5kg, the wheels can be removed quickly and easily for a more compact fold or to prevent soiling of your car's carpets, after a good countryside walk. The handle height can be adjusted - with a maximum height of 105cm. The swivel front wheel can be free running for ease of manoeuvre in tight spaces and around shops, it can be simply locked to a fixed position for rougher terrain or use on gravel or sand. When the chassis is folded it is free standing, a large shopping basket has been fitted below to help with storage of essential shopping, jackets or even a picnic.
Seat unit
The seat unit is designed to be used from around 4 months, the seat can be placed on the chassis either facing the parent or forward facing, while baby is young it is recommended to have baby rear facing, this protects them from the cold and helps to give reassurance having constant eye contact with the adult. Baby is kept safe and secure with a five point harness while having a padded bumper bar to hold on to. The bumper bar is of a gate style, this means one side can be opened for the toddler to climb into the pram without having to climb over the bar. The back rest has been fitted with a new ‘synchro’ system which allows the backrest and footrest to be adjusted simultaneously the winter hood is included as is the sun canopy for the warmer weather, in addition the winter cosytoes is included, to ensure baby or toddler is kept warm and snug.
Carrycot
The carrycot fits directly into the chassis without the need for adaptors this carrycot can also be used in the car as a carcot - all the fittings are supplied for fitting the carrycot across the back seat of the car.
The base of the carrycot is fully ventilated and is supplied with a comfortable mattress making it suitable for baby to sleep in overnight.
When doing long car journeys it is better for baby to lie flat, this allows for their food to be digested easier and can reduce the chances of ‘flat head’, because the head is supported by a soft mattress moving from side to side in a natural way, the lungs are also allow to inflate in the normal way without the weight of baby’s upper body bearing down.
The carrycot is fitted with a rigid carry handle an anti tilt mechanism and a 3 position backrest giving the chance for baby to sit propped up within the comfortable familiar surroundings of the carrycot. The base of the carrycot can be used in a fixed or rocking position, making it perfect for weekend’s away with your newborn baby, making it possible to place the cot on the floor with a gentle rocker action. Into the hood is a ventilation window to ensure a good air flow during warmer weather, an insect net has been fitted to prevent flying insects upsetting baby during afternoon naps in the garden.
A colour co-ordinated pram/changing bag is included this has a changing mat included as well as a range of pockets to store the baby changing essentials, nappies wipes and a change of clothes.
Boogie Baby Car Seat
The Boogie car seat included in the Reverso Sport Tris Travel System is suitable from birth to 13kg around 15 months; it is fitted into the car rear facing, using the adult 3 point seat belt. The seat has been fitted with additional padding to keep the newborn baby comfortable and has been given additional padding on the 3 point safety harness. The baby harness can be adjusted easily for each trip with a single pull strap.The Boogie can be mounted onto the chassis facing either way, but should only be used in this way for short periods of time. Don't forget that the Boogie should Always be fitted rearward facing in the car.
