Tandem Travel System With Infant Car Seat/s
The Powertwin is a tandem 3-wheel buggy suitable for either twins or siblings, the chassis can be used with either one or both seats removed with the Rebel car seat/s fitted to form a travel system.
The children have independent reclining seats although the front seat does not recline to a flat position, each seat has a 5-point harness, independent hoods and the front seat has a removable bumper bar.
The chassis is built from lightweight aluminium with a weight of just 8.8kgs without the wheels and has a compact fold to just 46 x 35 x 87cm.
The front wheel has a mono fork system with a disc brake for total control when travelling downhill. The swivel front wheel can be locked to a fixed position if travelling over rough ground, the rear wheels have two levels of suspension to help the children get a smooth comfortable ride. All the wheels can be easily removed and replaced; this is ideal if you need to wash them before the next outing. A pump has been included, this can be found in a small pouch within the shopping basket.
The Rebel Car seat is suitable from birth to 13kgs around 18months it is a group 0+ when the Powertwin is ordered with the Rebel car seat/s the fixing kit is included. The seat has a 3-point harness with a one-pull adjustment and chest pads. It comes complete with colour co-ordinated hood for protection from the sun or streetlights. The Rebel is easily fitted into the car rearward facing it is lightweight for carrying just 2.4kgs. The shell has energy absorbing material fitted to give protection to baby in an impact and has passed the side impact tests at the Jane Crash Test Research and Development Centre in Spain.
