Once-a-day Application.
Once-a-day application. All you have to do is apply P20 15 -20 minutes before sunbathing and it will ‘bind’ to your skin, giving you all day protection. Even after frequent swimming throughout the day, P20 retains around 90% of its effectiveness. No need to take countless bottles down to the beach any longer! Also perfect for skiers who don’t have time to re-apply creams and lotions on the slopes!
Lets you tan.
Amazingly,P20 lets you tan! It gives high protection (SPF20) against the sun’s ‘burning’ UVB rays, but still lets through the UVA rays needed to allow you to tan. Result? A golden tan without ‘the burn’!
The intensity of the sun’s rays are greatest between 11am and 3pm, so it is very important to try and stay in the shade or cover up at these times.
Non-greasy and Fragrance Free.
P20 is non-greasy and fragrance free once dry, so you no longer have to apply sticky sun lotions, milks and oils throughout the day! Because of this P20 is ideal for men who are ‘thin on top’ as well as for women to use under make-up as there is no grease or ‘shine’ like normal sun preps. (But do remember to wait 90 minutes after using P20 before applying make-up.)

P20 may seem expensive…..wrong! Because P20 only needs to be applied once-a-day it is actually more economical than many normal sun preparations and you have the added bonus of not having to buy an array of different factor lotions and creams!

Allergic reactions to P20 are extremely rare.
How P20 works.
The active ingredient of P20 is p-aminobenzoic acid, which is a natural substance found in the human body, also known a Vitamin H. When P20 is applied to the skin the p-aminobenzoic acid is absorbed and binds to the keratin, a process which takes 1.5 hours. After this binding, P20 gives long-lasting and efficient protection.
What SPF20 means.
SPF is an indication of the level of protection against UVB rays. The higher the SPF, the greater the protection. Therefore, SPF20 gives a high level of protection.

Make sure you apply adequately.
In order to obtain SPF20 protection it is important to apply P20 adequately 90 minutes prior to sunbathing, swimming or exposure to the sun. You must apply approx. 0.002ml/per cm squared of skin surface (This is the same as 2mg/per cm squared of skin surface as recommended by the FDA.). In practice, this means apply quite generously rather than sparingly.
