Polyester Support Pillow
Soft and comfortable V shaped pillow that will help support baby while feeding, removable machine washable cover made by Cosatto.
While breastfeeding it is essential to be comfortable, this V shaped pillow will give support to mothers back as well as raising baby to a comfortable level for feeding without mothers arm having to be tense.
The pillow is polyester filled, you may find with polyester filled pillows that they will move around, so you will need to keep aware of the gradual movement. (If you wish for a more stable feeding base look at the Theraline cushion this is filled with micro polystyrene beans and will stay exactly where you put it throughout the feed.)
The cover is easily removed for washing; it has two different sides one of cool cotton fabric the other of a soft warm fleece, ideal for night feeds. The whole pillow can be machine washed but for small accidents the cover is easily removed and can be machine washed.
If suffering from lower backache during the final weeks of pregnancy you could try using this support pillow at night in bed, by lying on your side with the pillow in front of you place your top leg over the pillow, this can change the pressure points and may just give some relief.
Once baby is learning to sit the pillow can be used behind baby as a prop, to protect baby from knocks and help hold them upright, but remember baby must be supervised while using the pillow this way.
