Built from Araucaria timber that is grown and managed responsibly in Australia and Papa New Guinea, the advantages of this wood is that it has less knots, adding to the strength, and is better for staining than the Pinus species, the finished product has a better quality finish. The Matilder weighs around 60kgs so is a substantial piece of furniture for your home.
Each drawer has dovetail joints and free running runners for ease of use, and the furniture comes with a 5-year guarantee against manufacturing defects.
The top of the Matilda chest has three raised sides to prevent baby from falling while being changed, a standard changing mat will fit comfortably. When the top is no longer needed for changing baby the raised back and sides prevent the child from losing items down the back of the chest.
Designed to co-ordinate with all the Boori cotbeds in all wood finishes, when ordered with a Boori cotbed the Matilda will be delivered fully assembled to the room of your choice by Boori, free of charge.
Please ensure that access is available as the Boori furniture is not flat packed and cannot be dismantled.
