3 in 1 Prams

The 3 in 1 pram is quite simply one pram that can be used in 3 ways; they are supplied with a carrycot for your newborn baby and a separate seat unit for an older baby and then toddler. Sometimes the hood and apron from the carrycot double up to be used on the seat unit while others are supplied with two hoods.

The carrycot is removed when baby is around 4 to 5 months and the seat unit is placed on the chassis rearward facing, then when baby is ready to face forward the seat is placed on the chassis facing away.

Newborn to Toddler Prams

The 3 in 1 style of pram will take baby from newborn to around 3 years.

When choosing a 3 in 1 you will be generally be offered a choice of chassis, this chassis could be with small swivel wheels, or a more traditional style with 4 larger wheels.
