Loola Compact Swivel Wheel Buggy
Compact swivel wheel buggy allowing baby to face parent or forward, complete with hood and bumper bar, suitable from birth.
The Loola is small on size but extremely Big on what it can offer new parents who may not yet know what they require.
The Loola can be used as a simple buggy. This will be required at some point in time whatever larger pram you might choose, so even if you find that you wish to travel over rough terrain and decide that you need a 3 wheeler buggy you will not have 'wasted' your money on the purchase of the Loola. It will mean that you have a clean compact buggy possibly living in the car, while all week you may find you trek across fields to visit the shops.
On the other hand if you are a town dweller the Loola makes a great buggy that is easy to push,easy to steer and with the addded bonus of being compact.
The Chassis
The Loola Chassis has three positions for the handles that changes their height and the appearance of the buggy. The wheels have all round suspension for baby's comfort, and can be used with the front ones swivelling or fixed in line. To change the setting, a simple switch slides up or down the chassis up close to the buggy's handles doing away with the need to bend over the front of the buggy and touch grubby wheels. Should you wish to add a parasol, the chassis has a built in holder for this on each side. This is simply pulled out and moved to the side, the parasol then snaps into place.Clever additions that make life easier.
A shopping basket is found below the buggy. Access is restricted a little when the seat unit is facing you but once turned to face away access is much improved. The brakes are linked and are put on and off by pressing a peddle (red for stop, blue for go). This can be done while wearing open toe shoes or flipflops unlike most buggies.
When it is folded, the Loola buggy forms a very compact size, even fitting into a Ford KA boot! 26 x 30 x 92cm and will free stand. With a weight of 12.5kgs, it makes a very manageable unit.
Rearward Or Forward Facing Seat Unit
When baby is newborn it is better if baby faces the parent. With the Loola this is possible. The seat unit is a simple 'one click' onto the chassis, and can be placed either way. It is supplied with hood and raincover to protect from the weather. The raincover is simply zipped into place, on the front of the hood.The seat is one-hand adjustable into 3 seating positions, and is sufficiently flat for a newborn. The five point harness will keep baby or troublesome toddler safe and secure. Toddlers enjoy holding tight to the bumper bar across the front; the cover on this is easily removed for washing.
Travel System
The Loola can be transformed into a full travel system with the addition of the Creatis car seat or the Windoo Carrycot Loola Pram. The Windoo Carrycot can be added to the Loola chassis giving baby a neat, completely flat carrycot facing mum, with a comfortable mattress enabling baby to travel in the traditional way.
Accessories
A full range of accessories is available to coordinate with the Loola. A warm and comfortable footmuff will probably be essential. This will fit using the 5 point harness and has a zip for easy access to baby. If you wish to use a parasol, you will need to buy the Bebe Confort parasol to fit onto the built-in clip. A changing bag is also available. This has a good sized changing mat and can be hung from the clips built into the handles.
