Safe Comfortable Isofix Toddler Car Seat
Recaro safe comfortable, Isofix compatable toddler car seat suitable from 9kgs to 18kgs around 1 to 4 years.
This Recaro seat can be fitted into the car either using the Isofix base supplied with this option, or using the standard 3-point adult seat belts (suitable for cars where the seat belt clips into the holder down in the seat cushion, not on a long webbing link).
The seat is well padded and comfortable for the child with a simple one hand operated recline. The large shell is designed to protect the child from side impacts; the five point harness system has additional energy absorbing padding protecting the chest from front impacts.
The headrest is has a three stage height adjustment and provides full impact protection for the head. The Bellini, Airmesh and Microfibre fabric covers are removable and can be machine washed at 30C the Bellini fabric has the appearance and texture of suede, while the Microfibre is a deep velour and the airmesh is a cool breathable fabric.
The Isofix base supplied with this seat allows the seat to be easily fitted to your vehicle's Isofix points providing a direct link between the car and the child seat.
Isofix Base
The base is easily fitted to the mounting points in the car. These fittings are put in place at the time of manufacture and cannot be retro fitted, so it is important to do a physical check that they are fitted in your car before ordering.
Using the Isofix fittings provides a direct link between the vehicle bodyshell and the child seat so provides optimum protection.
The base will give clear indication that it is fitted correctly, showing green flashes; once the base is fitted the child seat is easily clipped into the base.
