Cotbed, Chest And Changer Transforming Into Childs Bedroom
This one large piece of furniture is in fact the same size, as a single bed so will fit in the smallest of rooms. If the space is available to have it with the headboard against the wall with the unit in the centre of the room it can be used to it’s full potential.
To start with for your newborn baby you will have a large cot with adjustable mattress position, a chest of colour co-ordinated drawers to the end with a changer unit to the top, a range of cubbies are along the back giving storage space to all the essentials.
Below you can choose to leave a space or utilise the space by adding a large drawer on castors.
When baby has outgrown the cotbed the chest is removed from the end, to be used as a freestanding chest, the changer top will then become a wall shelf, and the set of cubbies will stand up on their end to form a bookcase. This leaves a full size single bed base for your child to use into teenage years, if you have chosen to add a drawer this will continue to stay in use.
You must agree you really get a whole room from this one piece of baby equipment, changing and evolving as necessary.
This convertible bedroom is part of the Fun collection so features the pink flower on the girls unit, the blue shooting star on the boys and stars and swirl on the yellow/apricot version.
The cot bed unit can be built with it having the cot section on either side to adapt to your room, the bars of the cot and bed base are colour co-ordinated with the chest the rest of the unit is in the maple finish.
Fun collection is made from curly maple melamine-faced chipboard panels with satin medium density fibreboard and satin beige lacquered solid beech.
