Additional Fitting For Britax Duo

The top tether is required in some vehicles to comply with the fitting of the Isofix Duo and Duo Plus car seats. Please refer to the Britax Fit Finder for details at www.britax.eu .This tether will stop any movement of the top of the seat caused when the vehicles seat fabric absorbs the pressure during impact, this movement is known as the ‘submarine effect’.

The tether is fitted to the back of the Duo or Duo Plus and fits to a connection point either in the top or back of the vehicle seat, (occasionally this is found in the boot space) the vehicles hand book will give details.
