Easier To Combine Breast & Bottle Feeding
This collection of bottles and teats has been well designed by the Tommee Tippee team, the bottle has been shaped in such a way that it can be held close to the adults body, this allows baby to have the same closeness that is experienced when breast feeding.
The bottle come in two sizes the small 150ml size is perfect for feeding smaller expressed milk feeds, the 260ml for the more established combination feeder. The bottles are clearly marked with both oz and ml measurements for easy of monitoring feed amounts.
Teat
The Closer To Nature soft touch teat is very different from normal wide neck bottle teats, the shape makes it possible for baby to ‘latch-on’ to the teat in exactly the same way as to the mothers nipple. Once feeding the warm liquid and feeding action will cause the teat to elongate and flex allowing baby to position the teat in the correct position and angle to mimic the breast feeding action. An anti-colic valve has been fitted this allows baby to continuously feed consistent with the breast feeding action, with less risk of wind problems.
This system would be a good choice for parents that want to share the breast feeding experience without causing confusion to baby.
The Closer to Nature bottles are suitable from birth and each bottle is supplied with a slow flow teat.
