The difference with the Close to me cot is that the side can be lowered completely down and under the cot, giving baby protection on 3 sides leaving the fourth open to the parents bed. The mattress base has 6 height options to be able to match the height of the parents bed mattress. Having baby sleep with the parents has many advantages for baby and the bond between mother and baby, also saving mother from getting up for night feeds. It is not recommended to have baby directly in the family bed as they can become overheated by the duvet or become entangled in parents hair, this cot allows baby to sleep in their own safe place with the correct levels of bedding, while still enjoying the closeness of the parents.

Made from solid beech with slatted side and end panels with square shaping to the ends. The cot side can be raised for the cot to be used in the normal way during the day or when baby is not needing night time contact.The sides have teething rails protecting the wood from baby when they start teething.The Olivia cot is a standard size and requires a mattress 120 x 60cm (48 x 24) the overall cot size is 125 x 67 x 102cm high.

Mattress included with this special offer has been produced from high quality non-allergic foam that is both breathable and water resistant. The whole mattress has been made with ventilation holes throughout, making it perfect if you are planning to sleep baby ‘Feet to Foot’. The cover is easily removed for machine washing at 60 degrees.
