The Universal Cabriofix
The Cabriofix baby car seat from Maxi Cosi can be used with many brands including the Bugga Boo, Icandy apple, pear and cherry, the Quinny Buzz, Maxi Cosi Mura and the Phil & Teds transforming them into a comfortable travel system.
The new colours of the Cabriofix for the 2008 season include lush fabrics that are soft and gentle against baby’s delicate skin. The colours are bright and bold allowing them to compliment the new season’s pram and pushchair collections.

Each Cabriofix is fitted with a harness that can easily be adjusted for every journey with a simple one-pull tensioner, a sunshield and an adjustable seating position ensuring the tiny baby will be cradled in as flat a position as possible for the first months. The head hugger will help to keep the head in an upright position, while the deep sides will offer the best possible protection during a side impact.
The Cabriofix can be fitted easily in the car using the adult 3 point seat belt or by placing it into one of the bases that are available as an option. The Easybase from Maxi Cosi is fitted into the car with the car's seat belts then the Cabriofix is dropped into position without the need to place the seat belts around the seat. The other option is the EasyFix base this attaches to the car via Isofix points, making a direct link between the base and the chassis of the car, the Cabriofix is then simply lowered into position without the need of any seat belts.
Please note that the Cabriofix is always fitted in the vehicle rear facing.
