The Quinny Buzz for 2008 will be supplied with two seat units, the standard seat unit and a second larger replacement seat for use when the baby outgrows the first around 12 months extending the use of the pushchair through to around 3 years.
Buzz 3 Chassis
The lightweight Buzz chassis has a number of unique features with a single gas filled main support strut it looks stunning. The fold is easy and compact, with an automatic unfolding action – just touch the handle with your toe and it will be instantly ready for the seat unit or the optional the car seat to be placed onto the chassis.
The handle is height adjustable with a simple click making it suitable for everyone especially as there is no bar linking the back wheels to be kicked when striding out.
The back wheels are air filled to ensure a comfortable ride for baby while the small front wheels will make maneuvering the buggy a breeze. The small front wheels are set together on the Buzz 3 these are swiveling but can be locked easily when traveling over rough terrain. The parking brake is easy to use even while wearing light shoes with a single one-press lock and release button.
Seat Units
The Buzz 3 seat units are a soft molded material making it both comfortable and gentle on baby’s skin. The Buzz seat is able to be placed on the chassis either facing the parent or facing forwards once the baby wishes to see where you are going.
When baby needs a nap the seat can be reclined to a comfortable position with the child’s feet being raised to ensure a comfortable sleep. The Buzz will fold with the seat in place, with just one hand making it possible to hold baby and fold the buggy. A full five point harness will keep baby and toddler safe and sound for every journey, shoulder pads will ensure comfort. The front bumper bar is removable for when the toddler wishes to get in and out of the buggy independently.
The Buzz for 2008 will be supplied with a second larger replacement seat unit to ensure the older child can continue to enjoy the Buzz buggy.
Hood
The hood supplied with the Buzz will protect baby from the sun but remains light and airy with the quarter-light windows.
Buzz Box
The Buzz box attaches to the chassis to add storage, but can be simply lifted off, it is the perfect place to store the raincover and other baby essentials.
Raincover
The throw-over raincover covers the whole buggy to protect baby and the Buzz fabrics from the rain. It can also be used to protect baby from the wind, it is important to always fold it back when going inside as baby could overheat.
Cabriofix Car Seat
To turn the Buzz into a travel system all that is required is to purchase the Maxi Cosi Cabriofix infant car seat; this will clip easily into the adaptors supplied for an instant convenient travel system.
The Cabriofix car seat can be fitted into the car using the adult 3 point seat belt or by adding a base for a simple one click fit.
Shopping Basket
To increase the carrying capacity a shopping basket can be fitted below the buggy, this is easy to fit with popper fastenings.
Cabriofix Raincover
The clear PVC cover will protect baby and the CabrioFix car seat from the wind and rain; this is particularly useful when using the car seat as part of a travel system. The cover has been shaped to fit over the seat with the handle in the up-right position with a flap to allow you to carry the seat with the cover still in place. The CabrioFix rain cover is fully elasicated for quick and easy fitting and removal.
