Yoga exercises designed to help the development of baby and help build a solid bond between parent and newborn baby.
Yoga instructor Dr Francoise Freedman a medical anthropologist, founder of Birthlight and also mother of four has put together this DVD to help mothers with the development of their new-born baby to around 18 months. Developing baby’s mental and physical abilities, whilst at the same time helping mothers get back into shape themselves.
Mothers will gain confidence in handling their baby’s, and learn how to sooth colic pains and help induce sleep.
Each session is completed with a set of relaxation exercises that will rejuvenate mothers while often sending baby off to sleep.
