Tricia Robinson has tutored hundreds of happy mums near her home in West Sussex including Sally Gunnell, Olympic Gold Medalist who is equally enthusiastic about the course and states that she was able to stay fit and supple during both her pregnancies and managed to have an active and natural birth.
The DVD is presented by Kathy Tayler former world cup modern pentathlon champion, who herself found the simple exercises helped her relieve stress and feel fitter throughout her pregnancy.
